You see plenty of these growing along the Croisette in Cannes and they provide a marvelous range of colour to any garden. They are tender perennials and can be used for tropical boarders or grown in large pots. Flowering time is from June to October.
They will overwinter outside in mild areas in a very sheltered position otherwise you will need to keep them frost free in winter.
